Swedish automotive safety systems supplier Autoliv Corporation (AutolivInc.) 7 ÔÂ 8 ÈÕ that the U.S. government and the European Union for its ongoing antitrust investigation could affect the company is willing to operating results and cash flows.

     Autoliv said the company is still not clear how long the investigation will continue, the future scale of the investigation will have little, or the final survey results will be. Therefore, the company said they could not estimated its operating results and this will have much impact on cash flow.

     It is understood, the U.S. Department of Justice and the European Commission antitrust authorities were to include Autoliv, including a number of automotive suppliers possible anticompetitive conduct investigations. In June this year, Autoliv said, the AU Commission representatives visited the company's two plants in Germany, its anti-monopoly investigation.

     The European Commission in June 2(Thursday) that the agency has a number of production car seats, airbags and steering wheels suppliers blitz investigation, but the agency did not mention the name of the company. The European Commission said: "reason to believe that these companies, there are some companies in violation of EU antitrust rules."
