German automotive supplier ZF (ZFFriedrichshafen) recently said that the company will be appointed Stefan Sommer (StefanSommer) succeed Geert (Hans-GeorgHrter) as the company's new CEO, the appointment since May 2012 come into force on 1 March.

     Sommer will be joined ZF 2008 company, is a member of the board of directors of the company, since October 2010 and became responsible for supply chain management and procurement.

     ZF chairman Bel (GiorgioBehr) said the personnel change is not a "huge change", on the contrary shows that it is company policy of continuity.
