(ShandongSilverstoneLuheRubber & TyreCo.) 75% stake acquisition, and access to the Shandong Provincial Industry and Commerce issued business license.

    Silverstone Luhe Rubber Tire Co., Ltd. located in Shandong Province, China Zhucheng, now the company has changed its name to ToyoTire (Zhucheng) Co., Ltd. (Toyo Tire (Zhucheng) Limited). In the future, the company's factory will manufacture automobile tires.

    Toyo tire company said that through this acquisition, the company can Shandong Silverstone Luhe Rubber Tire Co., Ltd. to supply customers with truck and bus tires, under construction in Jiangsu Province by the new factory to supply customers with passenger car tires.
