French parts supplier Valeo announced June 30 that it has completed the Belgian RHJ International (RHJInternationalSA) Niles's Japanese auto parts company's acquisitions. Reported that the transaction has been approved by the relevant antitrust authorities approved the transaction amount of 3.13 billion euros.

     Previously, Valeo was February 25, 2011 announced that the company RHJ International, with Belgium and Nissan Motor Company signed an agreement to spend $ 187 million acquisition of Niles's 77.9% stake.

     It is reported that, Niles is like a car steering components (steering column, door, and pedal) producer in 2010, the company's sales of 4.12 billion euros. The company currently has eight factories in the world, and now has 3,900 employees, its main revenue comes from Japan (73%), the United States and Asia, operating income (excluding Japan), respectively, for 15 of its total revenue % and 12%.
