Recently, the global engineering solutions and a leader in the field of automotive parts Faurecia announced that it will build another industrial zone of Shanghai Xinzhuang new R & D center, the completion of R & D center will also become Faurecia China headquarters.

     This new R & D center of the huge investment to further strengthen the development strategy in China, Faurecia, the R & D center will serve the Group's four core businesses of the three sections, namely, automotive seat systems, automotive interiors and car exterior systems. The new R & D center is expected to be the end of 2012 construction will be completed by Faurecia's these three core businesses of automotive R & D and project the total number of technicians and engineers from the current 400 to 800.

     According to reports, Faurecia four core businesses are the global leader: the world's first emission control systems, automotive seating systems the world's third (of which the seat frame and body parts first in the world), the global automotive interior systems first, the world's second automotive exterior systems.
