U.S. commercial vehicle parts manufacturer Accuride (Accuride) acquisition of Cameron Capital Corporation (KamylonCapital) of the Investment Company Forgitron technology companies. Sum of the acquisition increases the company Accuride aluminum wheels production.

     Under the agreement, Accuride acquired Cameron Capital's 80,000-square-foot manufacturing forged aluminum wheels, the product will be replaced by Accuride brand aluminum wheel hub card.
