Japanese auto parts suppliers in Japan Seiki Co., Ltd. (NipponSeikiCo.) recently said that the company plans to Hubei Dong Jun Industrial Co., Ltd. (HubeiDongjunIndustrialTradeCo.) new joint venture company. After the completion of the company, will be responsible for production and sales of automotive instruments, expected the plant's annual production capacity of automotive instrument at least 100 million.

    Reported that the full name of the new joint venture as a "fine instruments at Wuhan", will reach 100 million registered capital of 31.9 million yuan. Under the cooperation agreement, the Japanese precision machine and the Hubei Dong Jun Industrial's investment rates were 75% and 25%. The new company is expected to be listed in June this year to November 2012 to achieve full capacity.
