U.S. parts supplier ArvinMeritor (ArvinMeritorInc.) recently said that the company has completed its sale of body systems business, which will help the commercial vehicle parts supplier profits.

    ArvinMeritor said, the company's business is IntevaProducts body systems company completed the acquisition of $ 27,300,000 to spend. The business transfer will involve the body system ArvinMeritor operations in 16 countries, 4,100 employees.
