Bosch has introduced two acceleration sensors for chassis control
 

In late February 2011, Bosch launched SMB431 and SMB433 two low G value of the acceleration sensor, for vehicle chassis control applications. This is also the world's first, in line with external sensor interface standard PSI5 (Peripheral Sensor Interface), low G value of the acceleration sensor.

SMB431 acceleration sensor with low G value of the vehicle main function is to record the vertical axis dynamic measurement range of ¡À 1.6 g (where G values ​​in accordance with the calculation of 1 g = 9.81 m/s2); the SMB433 acceleration sensor with low G values ​​were used to measure tire vertical acceleration parameter, measuring the range of 16 g. Both micro-electromechanical systems MEMS (Micro Electromechanical System) sensor architecture designed specifically for the dynamic suspension system, can reduce the fluctuations caused by the phenomenon of tire load, support vehicles on the road to stay.

Both sensors have a full digital signal processing, digital dual constraints PSI5 interface. The type of interface provides fail-safe (Fail-safe) signal transmission devices, with programmable features, the sensor can be used to control the system. PSI5 interface also by reducing external wiring and sensor means reduced cable complexity of structure.
