Autoliv's (AutolivInc.) Board of Directors has announced the fourth quarter 2011 dividend dividends, dividend per share 45 cents.

     Autoliv's shareholders will be held November 17, 2011 has failed to register when, in December 1, 2011 to get the dividend, the date of registration and payment dates two weeks apart.
