Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan Customs Union Commission recently adopted a part of the protective tariffs on imported goods imposed decision. Relevant decisions have been published on its website. Specifically:

     1, from Ukraine some types of metal fasteners (bolts and nuts) to levy anti-dumping duty of 21.8% (Ukraine Donetsk Drew Luzhkov plant products), the deadline to May 13, 2012 ;

     2, according to the different origins, from Brazil, China, Korea and South Africa's nickel-containing stainless steel cold-rolled plate (plate or coil) were 4.8-62.8% levy anti-dumping duty, the deadline to December 25, 2013;

     3, the bearing tube from China imposed anti-dumping duty of 19.4% as of the date to June 16, 2013;

     4, the casing of the charge from Ukraine 18.9%, -19.9% pump pressure pipe, oil and gas pipe (diameter less than 820 mm) 19.4% -37% of the levy anti-dumping duties as of the date of November 18, 2015;

     5, certain fasteners from China (bolts, nuts and washers) to levy $ 282.4 / ton of protective tariffs, as of the date to March 17, 2014.

     6, stainless steel tableware from China, collected $ 1.4 / kg of protective tariffs, the deadline to December 26, 2012;

     7, collected from China, bearing 31.3% -41.5% of the tariff, the deadline to January 20, 2013;

     8, from Brazil and China stainless steel tube (diameter less than 426 mm of) the imposition of 9.9%, and not less than $ 1,500 / ton of protective tariffs, deadline to November 1, 2012.

     9, from the Ukrainian part of the synthesis of nylon yarn impose anti-dumping duty of 11.6%, the deadline to September 24, 2013.
