India's Tata Motors has said it will consider a number of countries to establish their own overseas factories in order to achieve the company's expansion into international markets and global purposes.

     Press Trust of India (PressTrustofIndia) quoted Tata Motors in 2010 the contents of earnings reports that Tata Motors will take to enter the international automotive market every opportunity, which will include setting up their own overseas car production base. But Tata Motors did not disclose 2010 earnings report, the details of any overseas factories, and even may choose not to disclose the potential plant locations.

     Tata Motors spokesman said: "Tata Motors is studying the possibility of plant worldwide, our first step is to assess the market demand for automotive products, then we will decide whether to export or for local of production. "

     Earlier, Indonesia's Ministry responsible Budi Dharma Di (BudiDarmadi) told Agence France-Presse said, Tata Motors in recent years has been to establish the feasibility of the factory in Indonesia, they are the automotive market in Indonesia, and possibly suitable place to build the plant were investigated.

     Tata Motors declined to comment, saying the company "will continue to expand the relevant market, the development of related businesses."
