According to the Times of India reported that Tata Motors will consider the establishment of car assembly plants overseas to expand its global influence.

     It is reported that Tata Motors in the 2010-2011 annual report, said the company will develop more energy-efficient models, and sales in the domestic market. "Tata Motors will actively seize the opportunities of international markets, as part of the company's internationalization process, to further promote overseas production."
