Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ Bank (BankofTokyo-MitsubishiUFJ) , said the French auto parts supplier Valeo (Valeo) has signed a EUR 250 million term loan agreement, the loan funds will be used for general operating purposes, including for the acquisition of Japanese auto parts companies Niles's project financing.
