German automotive supplier ZF has announced that it has from the auto parts supplier Honsel acquired the latter's factory in Nuremberg.

     It is understood that ZF has taken over the Nuremberg plant of about 750 regular workers, and about 150 temporary workers, to ensure that the plant to resume normal supply of transmissions to customers and other auto parts products.

     Honsel in Germany Meishe De (Headquarters), Suo Site and Nuremberg manufacturing facilities are the main R & D and manufacture of light metals (aluminum, magnesium) components for the automotive engine, transmission, suspension, body.
