French auto parts supplier of plastic products, Omni Plastics (PlasticOmnium) is working with Chinese car manufacturer Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. under the Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. joint venture to build a fuel system plant, the company said this the partnership will help expand its Beijing Automotive, Daimler AG subsidiary Mercedes - Benz and Hyundai Motor Company's business.

     Omni Plastics on July 11, said in a statement, a joint venture plant will be Omni Plastics Company's 60%, 40% owned Beijing Automotive will be built "with Beijing Automotive and its partners in China, Mei Saide Sri Lanka and Hyundai Motor to build relationships, "Omni Plastics to expand business in China.

     The French company said that the existing Beijing facility will serve as the joint venture is located. The plant is currently producing the fuel systems of modern vehicles. For this joint venture further details were not disclosed.

     Omni Plastics Inc. is headquartered in Levallois, France's CompagniePlasticOmnium company's wholly owned subsidiary. It is reported that the company's automotive business unit under the two in China to build 12 plants, the production exterior parts and composite materials and fuel system.
